1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and wirabet ("Company", "we", "platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the wirabet platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the wirabet platform in any capacity. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the Terms is published means you accept those amendments.

2 User Eligibility

Use of the wirabet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. wirabet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. The wirabet platform does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to open an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting activity. ⚠️ Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

2.2 Other Requirements

• You must be a private individual and not a corporate entity, trust or partnership.
• You are not currently on any list of individuals prohibited or excluded from the platform.
• You are not acting as a representative or agent on behalf of a third party.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete.
• Use of this service is for personal purposes only and not for the commercial benefit of any other party.

3 Registration and Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful and accurate information. wirabet reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. wirabet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

wirabet carries out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with international standards. You may be asked to submit a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of current address, and any other relevant information. The withdrawal process may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

wirabet provides a range of secure payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the limits and conditions set out here.

4.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction for all payment methods.
• There is no difference in minimum limits between payment methods — the RM50 limit applies uniformly across all of them.

4.2 Payment Methods

wirabet accepts payments via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks as examples), as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours once the request has been approved. This timeframe may be affected under certain circumstances, such as incomplete KYC verification or additional security review requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

wirabet offers a range of promotions for new and existing users. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum value of RM300. The wagering requirement is set at 25 times the bonus amount received.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus bringing your total balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM800, the maximum bonus is RM300, giving a balance of RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirement has been met.
• wirabet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or an attempt to manipulate the system.
• Other promotions offered from time to time will have their own specific terms.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All betting activity on the wirabet platform is subject to the game rules set by the respective game providers. Game outcomes generated by the system are final and cannot be contested unless there is strong evidence of a technical error.

6.1 Outcome Disputes

Any dispute relating to a game outcome must be reported to the customer support team within 24 hours of the game taking place. Disputes submitted after this period may not be able to be processed.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, wirabet reserves the right to cancel, suspend or replay any affected game. Users are not entitled to compensation solely on the basis of a technical disruption that is beyond wirabet's control.

7 Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the wirabet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in appropriate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Cheating, colluding, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the betting system.
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits in an unauthorised manner.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits — money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Harassing other users or the customer service team through offensive language or behaviour.
• Using proxy services or VPNs to conceal your true identity or location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

wirabet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without notice, if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms or for legitimate business reasons.

Users may also request to voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once all conditions have been met and verification is completed.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or breach of terms, wirabet reserves the right to forfeit any related balance, bonuses and winnings.

9 Responsible Gambling

wirabet is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and not be used as a source of income or a way to address financial problems.

9.1 Self-Control Tools

Users may contact our support team for assistance with deposit limits, betting limits, temporary or permanent self-exclusion, and gaming breaks. We encourage users to make use of these tools whenever needed.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who need a break from betting may apply for self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, the user's account cannot be used to make deposits or place bets. Such requests should be submitted to our customer support team.

The wirabet platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Gamble responsibly and only use money you can afford to lose.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising between a user and wirabet shall be resolved through the designated channels. The first step is to contact our customer support team via live chat or email for an initial discussion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with the international licensing terms held by wirabet. The regulator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wirabet is licensed to operate. The official language for all communications and dispute resolution is Bahasa Melayu or English.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

wirabet reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the wirabet website.

We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notifications. However, it is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.

The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date these Terms were last amended. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
